I volunteered at a really cool organization last night called “Feed My Starving Children” It has motivated me to look into more volunteer opportunities. Check out the website:

I just booked my girls trip to Greece in May!!! So far, there are five fantabulous girls going. The count down begins – Greece 2009!!

I’ve become an all Apple household! Last week my trusty PC laptop blew up. Poor thing. The screen blacked out and had a hard drive malfunction.
I’ve always wanted to be a Mac user, so I visited my local Apple store. Not even 15 minutes later, I was walking out of the store with everything that I needed for my new MacBook! I’ve spent the weekend trying to absorb all of this information and become user saavy. I have a ways to go!! Let me know if you have any helpful tips to share!

I’m a proud new parent to Bianca – a stunning little girl! She was delivered on Thursday, January 22nd at 1:38 in the afternoon. She was born a healthy 4.5 inches and weighing in at 4.7 ounces. Everyone is healthy and doing well.
Bianca is simply gorgeous and I don’t know how I lived life with out her!

I went to The Killers show at Northrop last night! Met up with some friends at the Kitty Kat Club. Such a cool, laid back bar in Dinkytown. We had so much fun that we missed the opening band who I guess I don’t even know who it was. The Killers new album is still growing on me…but they put on a great show!
My friend Peter is going to see them at Madison Square Garden on Sunday. That would be an amazing show! Have fun Zoob!

Going to see Wicked tonight! I’ve never seen it so I’m pretty excited! Helps break up the 90 some hours I’ve already worked this week. Christmas vacation is right around the corner!!!! I hope to survive.
I’m kind of throwing it out there that this is the LAST winter I’m living through. Visiting the kiddies in CA for Turkey weekend and it was sunny and 80 degrees. There is just no logic that I choose to live in the tundra when there are bright blue skies calling my name. Just throwing it out there.
Of course the kiddies were so much fun! I can’t wait to see them again during Christmas.
we hosted carrie’s shower at the chambers on sunday. the food and venue was perfect! the flowers that colleen and i crafted surprisingly turned out beautiful, if i do say so myself! it was fun to hang with everyone that will be in mexico for the big day!
(* note to self – do not wear off white when you are deathly pale – so unattractive)
